Always worth a stop when we visit San Diego! Several great beers or wines to try. George's Famous Soup is delicious and the fish tacos with fresh yellowtail outstanding. Did I mention the view from the upstairs patio? And the service is friendly and attentive!

The food is pretty good, though the portions are somewhat small, and they don't understand the words "well done." I understand that connoisseurs feel that overcooking beef is a travesty, but if the person eating it wants no pink, isn't it up to them? The wait staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself was lovely, but one can only send back their plate once before fear of... kitchen reprisal... and a meal you can't stomach certainly doesn't warrant the price. The appetizer and sides were sufficient for a meal, and I brought the steak home and cooked it through the next day. Very disappointing.

Great food, great view and excellent service on the upstairs patio. Our server managed to keep drinks filled, serve food, visit with some small guests, take pictures at sunset AND keep things moving with some very good, unobtrusive bus boys. Wonderful experience. Short ribs with brussel sprouts were delicious.

This is a classic seaside ocean view restaurant at surrounded by lots of art galleries. It's actually have some pretty good vegetarian options on the menu. We had the portobello mushroom dishes, amongst other things. They were out of the impossible burger because it was recalled. Additionally if you're sitting on the rooftop expected cool ocean breeze. So if you have a jacket you'll be warmer you can also ask for a blanket and they'll hand you one which is nice.

I came here with a group of friends during restaurant week. We sat up on the patio and the views were amazing! The staff was friendly. The mushroom sweet potato tacos were decent. The sticky toffee pudding cake was out of this world delicious! The ocean view and dessert made it worth paying for valet due to the fact this area is so crowded its hard to find free parking.
