Tavern at the Beach

Great proteins, not many Vegan options. The burgers are killer. I sampled a few Stouts on one visit, and some exceptional IPAs on another. Loud music, young crowd, staff is FRIENDLY TO WRITERS during NON PEAK HOURS ONLY. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Thank You! Fifth Star would have come if the door guy had let me with my messenger bag on my third visit.

We got to the bar on the Saturday before Saint Patrick's day... With that being said, its safe to assume you will be ignored completely and that no one cares. However, I was pleasantly surprised to meet such an attentive staff that stayed aware the entire night. Also, shout out and thank you to rianna who noticed the expired limes in the jar (and not only dumped the entire pot) and cut fresh limes for the group of gentlemen. What a great group of bartenders this place has. Bravo!

Probably in the top 5 best bars in PB. There are some somewhat gorgeous women bartenders that work here. The vibe is good and good energy all around. Definitely a must go to Bar. Cheers!!☺????☺

In San Diego went to the Pacific Ocean for the day. We wanted to go somewhere to watch a football tournament and eat. We visited this place where it was rather uncrowded. We had a great beer. The food was even better. The parts were huge and not expensive. If we lived there, it would be a place we went to all the time. Grilled cheese was awesome!
