Chicago Bros Pizzeria

Had a great deep dish style pizza here and also tried a few of the sandwiches. Not trying to do anything new here just making the classics the way they should . Being from New York and spending lots of time in Chicago I know my way around a good pizza . I haven’t had many great deep dishes in San Diego but I’ll say this is the best one I have tried so far. Kind of in a weird location but it has all the classic trappings of an Italian restaurant. Right down to the red and white checkered table cloths . Family friendly pricing and large portions . Will definitely come back next time I need my deep dish fix and I recommend it to anyone looking for that classic Chicago pizzeria. Pro Tip : Order the deep dish right away as it takes 45 minutes to cook properly .

If you're looking for a restaurant with a great family environment an excellent food this is the place. I got there in my wife and. 17 month old daughter we're already halfway into the meal. I sat down and picked up my daughter. Mike and Rita made it a point to become acquainted with their guests. They have all kinds of board games in the corner for kids families to play. I watch them go out of their way to help out their customers. And their food was some of the best Italian food I've eaten. Don't take my word for it go down there and try it for yourself but here's the challenge if it's as good as I say it is I want you to write their next review. Good luck and enjoy.

We finished our entire day shopping at Ikea and was searching for restaurants nearby. Just by google reviews, shortlisted on this restaurant and came over. There was not a single person inside the restaurant which made us think that we should walk out. But, we were so hungry and thought of giving it a try. We ordered a pizza and garlic bread. Garlic bread was just so excellent and mouth watering. PIzza was great too. Rates were reasonable too. They even have some board games to spend some time.

We've never had anything other than a medium deep dish but that's because it's the best damn thing there is. 2 inches thick of cheese and toppings, not crust. The service is stupendous, seriously. Pinnacle. Cheap drinks as well. The deep dish is the cheapest of its kind in San Diego.

Great Chicago Style pizza - the true, deep-dish, stuffed-crust kind. The "Masterpiece" is a magnificent monster. *Thick* toppings and thin crust. The large-size Masterpiece weighs in at nearly 1 pound per slice!! Essentially indomitable. I have never finished a fourth slice in one sitting. Fantastic. The Fiesta thin-crust pizza is the quick and spry version of the Masterpiece. The crust on mine was lightly crispy on the outer layers with a touch of chewy fluff inside - perfection - a wonderful counterpart to the zest and punch of the flavorful sauce and toppings. Can't wait for another! Super friendly service and a selection of TVs for sports viewing make for an enjoyable visit. Thanks!!
