    We arrived around 4:30pm for a meeting yesterday with some fellow filmmakers to think of ideas for a short film representing San Diego in the 48 Hour Film Challenge. It was close to our college at Platt. I marveled at the scenery! The greatest quotes from Film and Television Series relating to beer and alcohol are everywhere!!! We all had a great time! The service was fantastic and the food selection is great. Great spot for locals and anyone that wants to chill, play pool aka just have a great time! Needless to say, I think Effin's gave me the sign that we are going to produce an excellent short film.

    This place straight kills it with the food. Their pulled pork sandwich is so dang good. Beer is cold and the manager shawn is amazing. He's knowledge on his whiskey and is super nice, my fiance and i had a great time. Thank you.

    The atmosphere was really chill and relaxed. I went specifically for the corned beef and cabbage special they had for St. Patricks day. The corned beef was good and came with Guinness mustard which was very delicious. I also got the Irish potato skins which came topped with corned beef, they were actually really delicious. I'm not sure about their normal menu however, their St. Patricks day menu was quite good.

    When i first started coming here in 2015 service was slow. 45-1hr for wings. But the wings are sooooo good its worth the wait..
    and drive
    ..all the way from mira mesa with traffic!!! But lately this place has been on a roll with their service! There's only one server but she kicks butt handling the entire floor. Love love love this place
