Truly, the best burgers in town, delicious and taste of fresh meat, not frozen refrig fare. Always go back. Only place for repeat burgers.
One of the only fast food places I've found that offers good vegetable sides. (Haystack onions and brussel sprouts in addition to regular french fries and sweet potato fries.)
The burgers are tasty. I have tried a couple. You have the option of beef, chicken or bean burger for any of their menu options.
I also really like their shakes. They aren't too sweet and they offer more flavors than just strawberry, vanilla, & chocolate. My husband is a fan of the Chocolate Oreo shake while I like the peanut butter shake.
The parking at this particular location can be a bit tight at peak times, but I can usually find a spot.
I have eaten here about 6 out of the last 7 days thanks to the SmashPass and I am happy with the purchase. I've got to say, eating "fast food" so often hasn't been that great for my waistline but the food quality is good for a fast food place and the consistency of the food has been very impressive. My favorite go to is the buffalo crispy chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Pretty much everything is either fried or pan-fried (other than the grilled chicken) but the quality of the ingredients is pretty high for a fast food joint, and the consistency of the cooked food has been impressive. The prices are a bit higher than a McDonald's but the higher quality justifies it. The food also comes out very quickly and the service is top notch, efficient and friendly.
As for specific menu items. The burgers are very solid but not the best I've had. Similar to an In-N-Out burger with a thicker egg bun instead of the sponge bun and slightly bigger patties, but not by much. The mushroom & beans burger is actually much better than you'd expect and tastes homemade instead of manufactured in a factory.
One thing to improve would be the fries. They are fresh and crispy but not really the best I've tasted. A little stale if not eaten right away, sort of like In-N-Out but not as fresh tasting. Doesn't have the crunch of the McDonald's fries. Needs some sort of a batter or seasoning to make it tastier. But the straight tots or sweet potato fries are good.
I would suggest a visit for anyone who hasn't tried it before.
