First of all, the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak is the best!

The best thing about Jersey Mike's is that you see that your sandwich is the best it can be; sliced to order meats and cheeses.

Three stars because the sandwiches were really good; however, the young lady at the register had an attitude that was a major turn off!! I hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in a while and was thrown off at the prices listed for adding chips and a bottled drink to one of the sandwiches I was ordering.

She came off very pushy and attitudinal at my questioning the overall total, then insisted I insert my credit card... I finally said, "NO swipe! " I obviously did not have a chip ????.

I leave the restaurant, give my son his food, look at my receipt, and decide to go back in to question one of the charges. Again, I am greeted with a "What's up?!" Look, I'm a grown woman and a customer... I looked and said, "excuse me, did you say what's up?" Another customer had the same confused look as I had (like she really said THAT!). The whole time she's standing there with a straight face staring at me. I laughed and asked my question, her response was rude as hell...

I've been in HR most of my adult career and the whole experience was inappropriate and unacceptable. Period.

Decent sandwich shop. Fast service. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh. Their product seems meatier and less bready than competition.

The crew was so awesome and energetic. After a long days work, their positivity was so welcomed. I will definitely go back!

Jersey Mike's is our go to sandwich place! Always fresh and delicious ingredients!! Fast & friendly service! Cold or hot the sandwiches are amazing ????
