Souplantation

We enjoyed going here for a school fundraiser having a separate room on the side of the main dining area.

I really appreciated finding a gluten-free lemon muffin. I wish they had a non-dairy ice cream or sorbet for my son who's got a dairy allergy.
Staff was very nice. Our dishes got cleared up pretty fast too.

Fantastic place for a make your own salad. Very good soups, generally5 or 6 selections. They usually have chili and chicken noodle. Good muffins also. They also have a pasta station.

Still the best value in town! Great food at a great price. Super clean and friendly service.

This is by far my favorite Souplantation location. It’s also the cutest one since it’s the original and first ever. Lately I’ve noticed how much the employees care and acknowledge me as soon as I walk in and the food is always fresh and delicious! The feel and vibe of the Mission Gorge location is great I strongly recommend it. This place is never packed like most other locations in SD and you’ll always get awesome customer service!

A good chain buffet, with healthy and tasty options. Reasonably priced (especially with one of their plentiful coupon offers, or senior specials). Offerings across the "healthy" to "tasty" spectrum, including many that are varying degrees of both. Usually at least one gluten free offering in breads. Great family place.
