The Cheesecake Factory

It was a great meal, Damon, our waiter, was attentive and sweet. Although we only had a bunch of appetizers, everything tasted really good! Lost a star for the bathroom being so funky. I'd visit again, though.

Staff was very pleasant. From the hostess at the desk. To the bus guy. Oh and our waitress was very patient with us. Old friends meeting and catching up. We didn't order immediately (over a hour)

This place was nothing but amazing! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left everything was perfect. We had Corey as our waiter and he answered all questions we had since it was our first time in & helped us with our food choices and his input on everything.
We tried the birthday celebration cheesecake & the regular carrot cake for desert and it couldn't of been any better.
We sat outside & the outdoor heaters kept it warm from the breeze. We saw a guy come in with his dog come in to sit outside on the patio and they even brought the dog out a bowl of water.
We saw the Manager walking around to make sure things were running smoothly & was helping out.
The food was absolutely great. Seriously great.
We were vacationing in San Diego when we came to the Cheesecake Factory & we will make sure we visit ours back home now and we will recommend this one to anyone that comes to the area. Friendly smiling faces, helpful information, and happy to answer any questions without acting like we were bothering them was a huge plus! Thank you all for your amazing food, employees, and overall the great atmosphere.

When at Fashion Valley or near it, Cheesecake Factory is a must. For lunch or dinner, you can always count on great food, great service and big portions. Everything on the menu is great tasting. One of my favorite restaurants. Always a great dining experience.
