vietnamese food, so tasty. Two thumbs up for this place. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. Prices are decent for the quality.

I've been coming here for about 8 months and their service is great. Great pho, beers, and they always have games on the TV.

Best Pho restaurant in Pacific Beach hands down. Its a local staple, been open forever, and family owned. It is my go to spot for a big bowl of Chicken Pho. When people post on Facebook, whats the best place for Pho in Pacific Beach, the comments always go a majority to Pho Sao Bien. The servers are very friendly and are always on top of the service. Highly recommend stopping by.

My first time spending time in San Diego and this was one of the recommended spots given to me by a local and boy were they right.

I had the chicken pho bowl and it came out to perfection.

Their spring rolls are okay but dipping it into that peanut sauce makes it 10x better.

If I could I would go back to this place again. So many options to choose from.

The best pho around, super flavorful, and a wonderful environment. The owners are also very nice.

Update: I went back today and tried their drip espresso/condensed milk drink and it's really good but extremely strong. Highly recommended but only if you're sure you want some of the strongest coffee you've ever had.
