    I only had breakfast here, and I liked it a lot. They use very high quality ingredients, and everything is cooked perfectly. Maybe it's just me, and I was unlucky, but, at most hotels Eggs Benedicts were always overcooked; however, at Amaya they were perfect. Two thumbs up!!

    My food was great, the staff was friendly but the wait was a bit long. This may be because we were part of a group and arrived right before everyone else had gotten their food.

    Beautiful restaurant in an exquisite resort. Service was outstanding as was the food. Although the entree I ordered was not prepared to my request, but the server corrected it immediately and a second entree was brought out as I had requested. I have been here many times before and have enjoyed every visit.
