it's so tasty. the place has a good atmosphere. menu is like a cafe in boston i liked.

Great customer service.

We were staying at the Best Western Bayside and one evening decided to try this place for dinner as we were tired and hungry. When we arrived we were the only ones in the place. My partner ordered the steak and I got the Caesar salad. 45 minutes later our meals came! 45 minutes! By that time the restaurant had two other tables to serve. Two! Empty restaurant! My partner's steak was overdone and the server noticed and whisked it away to make another. Then we waited another 30 minutes for the steak! Food was good, when we got it! Only go if you're not hungry or tired as we were.

Another one of those places that is hard to rate. I ordered the steak with noodles and avocado salad. It was delicious, not too big, priced right. Oh, and I substituted fish for the steak. I also ordered iced tea. The iced tea was not very good. I suspect the iced tea was either old or whatever it is brewed in isn’t cleaned often enough. Shrug.

Service was attentive in the beginning and then sort of disappeared. And people come trooping through the restaurant/bar going elsewhere. And it is a very open concept. The place was quite cool - doors to open areas were ... Open. Umm.... Not warm and not appealing.

Close to 3.5 rating, but not close enough to rate it four stars.

Excellent service, very clean place, decent food, fast polite service, decent location...but not a ton of other interesting stuff in the immediate vicinity vs little Italy. Nice they have happy hour every day, decent deals on bar bites. Again the service was excellent. Not far from a handful of pretty cool places to walk around.
