Carmel Sushi

Been going here for well over a year now and absolutely love it. The owner is very committed to great customer experience. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Would highly recommend!

I don’t usually write a review anywhere, but this place brought me here writing a review. I knew the new owners added wonderful touch on all the foods they serve especially the sashimi and sushi rolls, but today I discovered that they also have good Korean dish! My favorite is the Dolsot bibimbap and Sundubu jjigae. So happy I don’t need to drive all the way down to Convoy anymore!

Great place to eat, wonderful atmosphere. Great food. Overall super satisfied about the experience and the owner was there, super friendly as well.

I used to frequent this establishment back when it was known as "Zip Fusion," and the service left something to be desired. However, the recent change in ownership and the arrival of new servers has elevated the dining experience. I must also highlight the consistency of their poke bowl, which has remained excellent throughout the transition from "Zip Fusion" to "Carmel Sushi."
