Ceviche Craft

This place is great! You can build your own ceviche bowl with a variety of traditional and modern proteins, toppings, and sauces. Our server was happy to let us sample the sauces before we decided (their house "leche del tiger" sauce is fantastic if you're uncertain). The fish was fresh, and the ceviche was so good that I finished every last morsel in the container. It came with a couple of tostadas for scooping (and a spoon if you want to skip the middleman). For a drink, I ordered chicha morada, which was sweet and refreshing (and so hard to find around here!).

At time of writing, they've been open less than a week, but there was no wait, so it's a good choice for a quick lunch. The manager was friendly and chatted with us about their deals and future plans; I'm looking forward to trying the date night special of a ceviche tower and micheladas. If you like ceviche, you should definitely check this place out!

Very excited that the second location is in Del Mar. I’ve had ceviche before, and this is the best fast casual we have in San Diego. They literally cure the Ceviche while you wait, based on your choice of protein, toppings and flavor. Highly recommend.
