    We waited 15 minutes to be seated the waitress was sent to break and it took another 20 minutes just to get our drinks. When the waitress returned she got our order going but by then we were to really disappointed. My wife got up and left the waitress asked what happened I explained she then spoke to the Manager. The Manger made it right for us and that was GREAT!!!

    Absolutely wonderful, even when they implemented their covid19 procedures they accommodated me with my breathing disability and didn't force a mask over my face, just a shield for when I was in the presence of the cashier! Awesome, place! A definite place of comfort and class without discrimination!

    Over a year ago my family and i had a terrible experience at the claim jumpers la mesa location and swore we wouldn't try the restaurant again. By chance my family and i decided to give the claim jumpera at north harbor drive a chance. We were greeted in a friendly manner and put on a wait list. Waited about 40 minutes. Received a text letting us know the table was ready. When we got back to the restaurant we were told it would be a few more minutes as they were wiping it down. Given the current pandemic this was understandable. Once seated we were told our server would check on us shortly. Well we waited and kept waiting but no one came. Two separate parties were seated after us and had already been given drinks and placed their orders. I nicely asked the server for a different table if he could helps us get our server or if we could at least get waters. Joe was very nice and said he would get our server and if she doesn't come out he would take care of us. Well our server never came. Joe came back and asked and when we told him we still haven't met our server he apologized and said he would take care of us. He went out of his way to give us refills and to make sure were were enjoying our time. He even brought his manager Omar out who checked on us and asked how we were doing. He apologized for the delay. Our food was brought out and there was a bug in one dish. Given that we were eating outside this is understandable. Omar and Joe brought out new food, continued to apologize, gave us a 15 dollar discount, and even gave us a free chocolate cake. Despite what happened the food was delicious and we were so grateful for how Omar and Joe treated us. They were working so hard and you could tell they really cared about our experience. My family and i plan to visit again.
