Don't let all the pics of sweets fool you. Go for the mole veracruzano. It is a fabulous mixture of fruits, nuts, chilis and mexican chocolate. Fabulous for sauces! We just finished the last of the mole from our last visit and just reordered the veracruzano and rojo! Good job on this stuff guys!

Great place with great food right smack in the middle of the neighborhood. Many people don't realize they serve breakfast. As a matter of fact, their breakfast is really good and very affordable, and the owners are super nice. I love their avocado topped toast with prosciutto, topped with 2 poached eggs!
Riding by on my bike, I was lured to stop by breakfast smells and a meat smoker out front. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast sandwich panini was delicious. Maybe it tasted delicious because of how breakfast around a campfire always tastes delicious, but I definitely recommend a stop here for a quick bite.
Good choice of local San Diego handmade ice cream. Add coffee and nice tea options, plus the fact it is right next door to the Grand Ole BBQ y Asado and it's a great place to go after dinner.
