I was at this fine Indian hidden gem for buffet and dinner, Usually I don't write reviews but this place is something that I couldn't hold myself back. I tried this place twice and both the times I was so satisfied with my tummy full. They don't give rice or bread on the side that I didn't liked but than I realized that prices of their dishes are way cheaper/lower than all the Indian restaurants in San Diego. I am very pleased to find this gem and my whole family loved the food here.

This place blew my expectations away. I have never been to a Indian cuisine and came in with hopes of not coming out with stomach issues. When I walked in the place I could smell authentic Indian food right away and the vibe matched that place perfectly. The waiters were very nice and were by our side to help us whenever we needed. Water was always full and plates were always cleared. I had the buffet option for lunch and was delighted with the amount of different options to have. Vegetarian options were wide and delicious. The paneer masala was on another level. With a perfect amount of spice and sauce. The other dishes were not lacking on the meat. Each chicken dish was juicy and flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Naan was also on point. Perfect amount of garlic and butter and came out steaming hot. Overall the food was very fresh and delectable. I will definitely come back here to try more food and expand my pallet. 10/10 recommend coming here for people who love Indian food and those who have never had it. This place has room for all.

The food quality is better than the restaurant that was originally here. Good veggie curries and paneer, I find the chicken dry at times.

The garlic naan is good (same as before). PRO-TIP - order two when you sit down as they can take a bit and you’ll need them to cool. Unfortunately they don’t do half naans so I find we stuff ourselves a little bit at the end to not waste any of the deliciousness.
I wouldn’t get the chai - it’s not expensive but also pretty watery.

Price has gone up as well but I don’t think the previous restaurant at this location was making too much money! Lunch is a dollar cheaper on the weekdays.

“Darbar Fine Indian Cusine” the name is enough. Best authentic Indian food. No words for the staff and their mind blowing services. Quality and Quantity of food is perfect and buffet has lot of varieties too. This is a place which can be recommended to others without any doubts.

This place was amazing! Always get nervous trying new things but the staff here was so kind and welcoming. As a vegan it is so hard to find vegan options and this place offers to make anything vegan. Definitely recommend you try. Margarita and Nick were an amazing, so attentive.
