(June 9, 2016, 4:49 pm)Dine in there for first time, ordered 2 hot pots. Watched free attraction : staffs were arguing each other. :) We also tried their bobas, not bad. I noticed that the owner is former video rental in the same location? This is located inside 99 ranch and front of sam woo restaurant.

(May 21, 2016, 3:59 am)They have the best almond milk tea and green milk tea in town. I have tried many tea places but this one seems to be the one i enjoy. Keep up the good work.
