Wanted to try the new fish market in the neighborhood for some time now and we finally went.
We are glad that we came!
Fresh seafood! Tasty spicy salmon poke bowl! Huge pieces of lobster in the lobster roll! Kids and adults approved!
Friendly service. Very accommodating. Gave valuable advice.
We will return for more!
It’s about time we had a decent fish market in the neighborhood! Everyone was friendly and gave awesome recommendations based on what I liked, how many people I was feeding etc.
Poke was fresh and appropriately marinated. I got a branzino and it was SO FRESH. 👍
My family (all Italian) now live all over the country. But when we are all home, this is exactly the food that my Grandfather makes. Simple, unique, tasty. Filled with seafood and flavor.
This is a very authentic Sardegnian place. No bread with olive oil for dipping. Leave that at the Olive Garden. An all Italian wine list. Casual but warm service. A menu laid out traditionally (starter, secondi and main) A decor that could be right out of that tiny place at the end of a cobbled alley. Just know, this is not Northern Italy. It will be Seafood. And salty. And more rustic than refined.
Came for lunch, was greeted pleasantly and questions answered politely. I ordered the Crab Melt, when I found out the soup was a gumbo/chowder I was given a cup to try. It was delicious!
Thank you Brad!
What a surprise in Carmel Valley! How does fresh and real seafood end up here? Owner is a real deal fisherman who is east coast brash and friendly. Oysters and poke bowls are fantastic. Can’t go wrong here.
