Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere & an awesome happy hour! Ordered several platters and drinks and every bit of food option was delicious. Would revisit when coming to San Diego again!

This is an awesome Indian restaurant! Traveling through the beautiful city of San Diego and stumbled upon this place. Was not disappointed. The service was awesome, the staff courteous and friendly. The food is the rock out star. Partook in a feast four two that could easily and comfortably fed four. Everything was delicious and pleasing. The only regret was over indulging in their culinary delights. Bring in a friend or two or three to share in this gem of a place in the heart of San Diego! Disappointment will not be yours.

The atmosphere is super fun! Sitting on the ground with our shoes off :) the food was great! I’ve had better naan elsewhere tho :)

I'm from Montreal, Canada, and i am big fans of Indian food. I travel allot internationally and when I'm in San Diego. Gourmet India is for sure the best of the BEST in town. Great atmosphere, its food quality and service is excellent.

If you love Indian food this is the place to go to!

Family owned, family operated, family dining. When we were there we literally didn't feel like guests. Food options are endless and every single thing we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable. Winner options were great also. The spicy chili sauce is to die for. Highly recommend this place!!
