Clean looking food truck with handmade chips for quality chilaquiles. Tender juicy barbacoa and guacamole added. Decent and very filling portion for the price. I tried the mole sauce which was mild but very flavorful and almost sweet. They don't really make super spicy food here but do have hot sauce. Located in the gas station parking lot most days. May have to come back for breakfast burrito soon...

I mean they were out of what i wanted to order so I got one chicken taco because i was skept..the taco was….boring. I asked for a side of pico to liven it up, may give it another shot!

Definitely a 5 Star! Very clean food truck, attentive staff, and large Mexican food menu! I highly suggest this very special lunch truck! I ordered the carne asada burrito with extra guacamole, made to order, and their guacamole is fresh! Side of their salsa Verde was all super Yom! 👌 😋

We had such a great experience at La-Burre! They have two bench tables to sit and eat outside. The food was great and the portion was enough for two people. Will definitely be back for more!

To be honest the best chilaquiles i ever had in all San Diego 🤩 . I been to several places and the sauces and flavors where like eating at mexico. They are super clean, their customer service was exceptional and definitely will be back soon.
