Firstly I didn’t know that Chili’s and Maggiano’s shared a kitchen so I learned something new today. Anyway we orders doordash and they forgot our meatballs. So we came back and I explained the situation to Sarah (manager from Mission Valley) and Cassy or maybe it’s spelt Cassie (hostess) and they were amazing to say the least. It’s nothing like leaving a great impression on a customer with how this world is today. And then I get to my car and the head chef ok he said senior chef but he’s the man in my eyes. His name is SETH, comes out personally to apologize and told us the whole situation. I’m just really happy to have met these three individuals. So come down and get your eat on with THE HEAD CHEF SETH ✨
