Amazing to have such a chop shop in mission Beach. Birthday here was everything I needed. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and the sides were fantastic. Asparagus could have been an entree on it's own. Pb local will be coming back
Upscale dining and cocktails. Very very nice. Recommend the popovers (not quite like the northeast's but still good), eggplant parm, and the filet. Everything else is awesome too!
If you loved Saskas, don’t expect the same vibe. They removed the round booths in the front bar area and replaced them with high top tables to accommodate 6 people. The problem was, it was LOUD. The acoustics are terrible, on top of the loud background music. We had to basically holler to hear anyone, which isn’t a pleasant dining experience.
You have to order steak and sides separately. Gone are the days of Saskas steaks which included garlic bread, salad, potato and veggie included. My filet was cooked very well and the dessert butter cake is worth the calories.
Our server was good, considering the place was fully booked. I probably won’t go back, just because my ears are still ringing. Say what?!
