Nutmeg Bakery & Cafe

Wow. My first visit and I will return! We had a breakfast plate and ordered the eggs separated. Everything was great. Good sized portions too. The coffee mugs are good sized too. Nice to have a mug instead of a throw away cup. The service was top notch. Great menu too. See my 11 photos I added. If you like chai, they have a couple options if you like spicy or not. Enjoy!

I stumbled upon this place while searching for a Breakfast Republic that had 4.4 stars or higher. Well I would have to drive 20mins to get it so I settled for Nutmeg. Surprisingly this joint was very good. Drinks were really good and they even had Vegan soft drinks and food. There’s something for everyone here. Meat or tofu they’ve got it all. Customer service was perfecto! Will definitely return.

Love this place! Great variety of breakfast items, some of them made with local, organic ingredients. Very upbeat atmosphere even though it can get super busy on weekends. The girl at the register was very nice, patient and helpful. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

Super cute place with a relaxed vibe. Been here a couple of times so far. The food is excellent. The biscuits are on point! I would come here just for those! I don't know why so many place hack making a biscuit. But this place has in down. They serve them toasted with whipped butter and homemade berry jelly on the side. The Nutmeg Scramble was very good and the portion was large. I was a little envious of the people that ordered the french toast. I am going to have to return to try it. Espresso was delicious, an item I am particular about. All of the baked goods looked phenomenal, but I couldn't fit any in after my breakfast. I will have to come back to try them out.

Food and coffee are top notch, just don't be in hurry. Nutmeg always has business, which means that there is always a line. Despite the line, the food always brings me back. Also if you plan on staying for a while to study or work, they have several power outlets for those sitting along the wall. Several options for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free seekers
