I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I eat here several times a week. Every now and then I try something new and I'm always skeptical at first but It's always a good experience. Their food is delicious and the owners are so welcoming and friendly! They even deliver to me occasionally which is so great when I'm swamped. I especially recommend for vegans.

I worked in the area 4 years ago and Picasso was my go to. It can get really busy and the owners are the only ones there so it's best to order ahead of time. I still dream about their Jalapeño Veggie Burger, so tasty (but super spicy, I usually would take the jalapeños off to just get a little spice) and I'm not even a Vegan! Their smoothies and baked items are super good too. Missing them so bad right now. I'll need to drive down to San Diego sometime soon, the veggie burgers where I'm at don't even compare..

My first time coming here and it was amazing! The vegan brownies they have are to die for!! My husband and I each got a combo breakfast vegan burrito and it was delicious, it came with a smoothie and was only $10 each (which is cheap considering it’s plant based AND it’s San Diego, typically a smoothie alone is over half that price). I recommend the Mango Peach smoothie or Caribbean smoothie. The service was great, and the food was even better. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for plant based food.

This sandwich was INCREDIBLE! I got the sun vege with turkey and ohhhhh man it was tasty and in line with a diet (I had eaten half before taking the photo)! No mayo, but amazing pesto. Sprouts, lettuce, sun dried tomatoes, provolone cheese on multi grain bread?! With unadvertised orange slices?!?! AMAZING. It was tasty, nutritious, and a nice break from a chain store sub.

A TON of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu including fresh juices and smoothies. I am not vegetarian or vegan myself, but this place has it all. It even has a lot of vegetarian/vegan/organic cooking ingredients, supplies, and food for sale in the store.

This place is a find! Organic fresh smoothies and juicing at low prices. The Deli serves fresh organic and vegan food. They have a breakfast menu and they serve organic coffee and espresso. They also have a soy burger avocado egg cheese burrito that is healthy and vey delicious! Great suppkement selection. They have a club you can join and get 25% off which competes with Amazon and Sprouts.
