R&B Tea San Carlos

First time at R&B and the girl at the register was so welcoming-I didn’t get her name though but I went on Saturday Sept 2nd around 1:10pm . Her customer service is impeccable! Love the tarot boba tea I ordered, not too sweet. Thank you for the best service ever!

Good drinks and service, but HORRIBLY hot in there. Not sure if their AC has just been broken, but it’s as hot in there as it is outside, if not hotter. I wouldn’t be surprised if my tea was mixed with sweat—their workers must be dying in there. My friend and I planned to sit in and have our drinks, but we decided not to and sat in the car.

we walked in, and we immediately greeted. I wasn't too sure what I was going to get, and the employee helping us was very helpful. I decided to go a little outta my comfort zone, and she waited for me to try it, and when I wasn't too sure how I felt, she gave me a side of regular boba. I liked the crystal boba, but regular boba is best. both drinks I ordered were very good. we will be returning. store space is clean and well decorated.

This place is amazing! The variety of drinks is huge, plus they're customizable, so you can choose different kinds of boba or fruit jelly (like lychee) to add to your drinks. You choose the sweetness levels, so if you want a decadent drink or a barely sweetened drink, or even an unsweetened drink, that's entirely up to you! You even choose the amount of ice they put in your drinks. The place is small, but very nicely decorated with fun paintings. The location is great, too. I loved the drinks we tried, which were the Hokkaido Milk Tea with golden boba, and the Dragonfruit Mango Green Tea, but I can't wait to come back and try different flavors and different types of drinks. I definitely plan on coming back, and I highly recommend this place.
