Rosecrans Plaza

This was a smaller plaza.. not a lot of parking for where it’s located and what stores there was there.
It is in a “corner” of a very busy street.
But we were able to get in and get out of it quickly with no issues.

Lots of homeless hang out here. Security is pretty solid though with patrols visible every time I’ve been there and a security camera system set up. 7/11 seems to have the most homeless hanging out so I try to avoid there. In & Out is always busy, but they don’t impede traffic/ parking.

Visited chuck e cheese with the minis today! They had a blast! We frequent this location! Spacious and clean!

Went to in n out...this place is located within Rosecrans plaza and they have a couple other fast food or what I call "sit down fast food"; places within the plaza.....like subway, panda express, del taco, and even chucky cheese. In n out is by far the busiest and mist lively place there. Plus the dinning area is open till 2am I believe...so people from all around are attracted....and keep this place popping no matter what day of the week it is.

This In-N-Out Buger tends to always be busy, with a long drive-thru line. However, on this particular night, they had an order taker posted up at the start of the line. So, he took your order as soon as you pulled up to the line, which made things flow very smoothly. I ordered a 3x3 with raw onions, a XL Neopolitan shake, plus french fries with light salt (the first two technically "secret menu" items). As always, both the food & the service were excellent!
