    This place is amazing. Their gluten free bread option is delicious and huge! Loved it. Always great service at the UTC location!

    Introduced to this sandwich shop by a friend and can't wait to go back. I'm a regents pizza guy and never knew Rubicon existed. Going back today.

    My first time there, I tried the Rich Boy sandwich with Blue cheese bread.
    It was very tasty and even the half sandwich is pretty good size.

    I love their sandwiches! They make their own bread that you can choose from. I like the jalapeño cheese bread. The best sandwich is the stallion... their Italian sub. Comes with plenty of cold cuts. $8ish for a small, enough for 1 person! $11 for a large, you can share. Quality ingredients. Good stuff. Downside to this location is the parking. No free parking! Order ahead and pick it up.
