Solterra Ecoluxury Apartments at Scripps Highlands San Diego

We have been here for over a week now and I love my 1b1b apartment for its QUIETNESS, high celling, nice salt water swimming poor, nest energy control, gas stove, quiet dryer and washing machine, oval bathtub, nice view and completely relaxing & peaceful feeling...
Also, great location. bars&restaurants, regal, Trader Joe’s, Hmart, etc. right there.
AND Also, it’s so damn close to I-15.

My husband and I just moved in a little over a month ago from DC. The amenities are almost as great as the location! We chose this area because the crime is so low. I also think the solar panels are a really nice touch that help save on your electricity bill! The price for our two bedroom was very fair considering it is completely updated with all new appliances. It is a smaller apartment complex so you get to know your neighbors and the staff, who are extremely helpful! We highly recommend these apartments!

I lived here for 3 years. Amazing place to live. Very clean and quiet. Management really does go above and beyond to enforce rules to make it easier for tenants and to ensure everyone is having an awesome living experience. They host monthly events and get togethers that are so much fun i.e. brunches, movie nights, etc.

Only reason why we moved was because we got a house; otherwise, we had no intention of leaving the hidden eco luxury gem we stumbled upon.

Maintenance is quick. Utility bills are low. Landscaping is kept up. Trash comes everyday. Park in your designated spot and pick up after your pet and everything will be just fine! ?

Love living here! Matt and the team are super friendly and helpful. Facility management and maintenance are always on top of service requests. Shout out to Francisco!
