    This Starbucks doesn’t have a restroom, I have NEVER heard of this before which is why I had to give them such a low rating. Drinks were good and the staff was nice but I just can’t believe there wasn’t a restroom here. I really had to pee after a long car ride and I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointed I Am by this.

    One of the best branches in San Diego. My morning is not complete except in the cafe from this place, they make you happy with their smiles and beautiful words. Thank you.

    Kaitlyn was very kind to me on 11/3. Customer service is superb. Smiling, kind and helpful. Even hearing her speak to her coworkers you can tell she is naturally sweet.

    I wish I had cash to tip her 🥺

    Y’all should know by now how I feel about my coffee. I usually go to the Starbucks on 10th but this one is actually closer to where I live.
