    The quality of the bagels has gone down I won't even feed them to my dog I ordered one a few days ago and the dough was raw! The coffee is still over roasted and over brewed and expensive but if you need a caffeine kick it's where I go otherwise I brew my own. I'm surprised their food quality has tanked.

    Good location- lots of outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Unisex restrooms, which are wheelchair accessible. Are there some folks here down on their luck? Yes- but wasn't an issue when I was there. Just people trying to get by- not bothering anyone.
