Offered to make my drink. But honestly being busy is out of your control. I'm happy you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. I was having such a bad day. But the customer service from you changed my mood and I left happy. I appreciate all of you. Thank you for the customer service!

(May 22, 2020, 11:45 pm)This is our favorite starbucks. You usually encounter some pretty snobby or rude baristas - not here! My wife and I will drive out of our way to come to this location. The staff is exceptionally kind and they always know it's us just from our order. They make us feel like valued customers everytime. Management is great as well!

(March 11, 2019, 7:41 pm)What a GREAT improvement with the remodel. It looks like it was gutted and rebuilt from bare walls. The remodel has an expanded coffee bar including the Nitro Brew coffee on tap. The furniture is all new and is comfortable! San Diego South Bay Starbucks typically include uncomfortable furniture that seems like it's built for a public school detention room. I've always been amazed how inviting the Starbucks are in Mexico compared to here. Quite a nice change!!
