Friendly staff, mostly in stock items when I want them and convenient location.

I live near downtown (20 minutes from here) and wait to order a drink after I drop my daughter off at school so that I can order. Why? because staff members like Damon and Isaiah literally make my day better after our short little conversations. I run a business where our priority is customer service. As a result, I only support business locations that offer the same kind of customer care. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Well how should I put this,without being a rude guy and offending millions of Starbucks lovers.You go into a Starbucks to spend money wow you have to use the bathroom but the bathroom is occupied for more than 30 minutes and now you have buying customers 3 or more waiting to use the bathroom and none of the staff says anything all because they have a kindness rule but this person is homeless and they know it and rather let him bathe or sleep in the bathroom rather than say something kind.I guess buying customers aren't kind enough to buy from Starbucks.They don't have common sense.Your on your own in the Starbucks now days.

Order online feature is flawless. Pull up, its ready. Very nice at the window.

Always-reliably delicious (and not THAT high in calories) egg bites, a perfect, gooey pain au chocolat - a chocolate croissant - 😂 - and excellent coffee. Lovely drive-through service with friendly staff - we all wear our masks, of course - reminds me of simpler times. Great mid-PB Garnet location. Yum.
