Wow, Lao and Khmer style street food truck in San Diego! I enjoyed this papaya salad, different from the Thai style you find in most restaurants around SD, has more flavor and bite that pairs well with sticky rice. I also ordered eggplant tofu and chicken sticks plate. Both very delicious. Tofu was super crispy with wonderful fried basil and carmelised eggplant. Chicken had a nice juicy marinade and smokey grill flavor.
Great service & great food. A great spot to try authentic lao food. The surf n turf plate has a great spicy flavor and the sticky rice is delicious. Dipping egg rolls in their house sauce is a must try.
