The Sushi Stand

I ordered the first roll on the menu and it was really good. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I loved the eco-friendly packaging. I will definitely return. Staff was super friendly.

I LOVED the food! At first, in my head I was like "dang, $17 dollars for 2 rolls?". When I got it, I literally dropped my jaw to the floor. It was a lot of rolls and it was so good. The service was amazing, I didn't ask for much but when I asked him something, he did not ignore me and told me what I need to know. The atmosphere was okay, I just think it needed more places to sit. Other then that, I give this place a 10/10.

Fiancé ordered her sushi. I went to order something else, got my food, did 4 laps looking for tables and stopped each lap to talk. Gave up on table search. Waited for 5 minutes. Saw a table open up and went to grab it. Waited 10 minutes and my fiancé texted me to start eating without her. Finished my food. Watched Instagram reels. Started to feel weird hogging a table as people looked at me weird. Then finally 40 minutes after she ordered... she got her food. She said it was good sushi but not good enough for the price tag and that her feet hurt.

Amazing sushi! Great craftsmanship and passionate about making sushi. They were very friendly and we just got one roll but it definitely left me wanting more.

Relaxing afternoon on a rainy day, we strolled into Public Market and found the newly opened Sushi Stand. My kids are not fish-eaters and I ordered Fresh Prince which is spicy tuna with cuc, avo and salmon. (I think it has lemony ponzu sauce on top which I loooved). Hands down some of the Best sushi I've ever had! So fresh! It was bomb and tasty.
It comes in a cute little blue macaron box with chopsticks and ginger slices in it, so handy. I can't wait going back and trying the rest.
The staff here is extremely nice and accomodating.
Highly recommended.
