(July 7, 2018, 12:26 am)Among various Chinese food, Shanxi food is one of my favorites. Comparing to southern food that could be usually found in California (Szechuan/Hunan spicy food and Guangdong food), Shanxi food focus on giving people a strong, but not that spicy taste. This place is not that traditional, but it still have a good representation of Shanxi food. For those who like to try new tastes, this place is worthy to go.
