“Had a really delicious late luncheon here yesterday, and very reasonably priced to boot. I had the Monster BLT sandwich and my friend had the Smokey Pig BBQ sandwich. Both were really tasty. The BLT was enormous. Massive amount of bacon, of the thick variety and chewy rather than crispy. But still well cooked. There was also a bit of chili heat in the mayo (aioli). The brioche toast had a hint of sweetness which put the sandwich over the edge to wonderland. Yum. We also shared an order of garlic fries. Very well seasoned and full of umami goodness from the Parmesan cheese. Plenty in one order for two to share. I had self-serve ice water and my friend had coffee which was OK. Beyond the food, the place was clean and the setting was gorgeous with front row views of the waterfront and Embarcadero. Be aware it's a noisy spot along North Harbor Drive and the muzak was loud. There's no indoor seating but most of the outdoor seating is covered. Will definitely return when we're in the area.”

“Over a year ago my family and i had a terrible experience at the claim jumpers la mesa location and swore we wouldn't try the restaurant again. By chance my family and i decided to give the claim jumpera at north harbor drive a chance. We were greeted in a friendly manner and put on a wait list. Waited about 40 minutes. Received a text letting us know the table was ready. When we got back to the restaurant we were told it would be a few more minutes as they were wiping it down. Given the current pandemic this was understandable. Once seated we were told our server would check on us shortly. Well we waited and kept waiting but no one came. Two separate parties were seated after us and had already been given drinks and placed their orders. I nicely asked the server for a different table if he could helps us get our server or if we could at least get waters. Joe was very nice and said he would get our server and if she doesn't come out he would take care of us. Well our server never came. Joe came back and asked and when we told him we still haven't met our server he apologized and said he would take care of us. He went out of his way to give us refills and to make sure were were enjoying our time. He even brought his manager Omar out who checked on us and asked how we were doing. He apologized for the delay. Our food was brought out and there was a bug in one dish. Given that we were eating outside this is understandable. Omar and Joe brought out new food, continued to apologize, gave us a 15 dollar discount, and even gave us a free chocolate cake. Despite what happened the food was delicious and we were so grateful for how Omar and Joe treated us. They were working so hard and you could tell they really cared about our experience. My family and i plan to visit again.”

“Fantastic experience! We went there for dinner and it just felt like the whole experience there just kept getting better. We were told there was a 25min wait (it was 1.5hr wait at the restaurant right next to it, so that was great!), we were promptly texted 15-20min later and seated right away, our order was taken shortly after and food arrived so quick! It was absolutely delicious! Our water glasses were refilled several times without us having to ask and the waiters were wonderful! The creative decor inside and views were amazing as well! Plus the bathrooms were very clean, and you can walk by and see the kitchen through the glass and it was spotless!! I’m so impressed and highly recommend!!”

“Breathtaking views, welcoming service, and unique but delicious food! The view of the harbor with the city skyline made for great pictures! Right when We stepped foot in the door We felt welcomed, we were escorted to our table while making great conversation. The waitress made us feel right at home by giving us advice and never feeling like we couldn’t ask a question. The bussing staff was polite and professional, while never leaving our water glass empty. Finally the best part, the food was phenomenal, from the appetizer to the main course, and the cherry on top, the dessert! Came here for our five year anniversary and it was even more special because of C-Level!”
