(April 7, 2019, 2:54 am)The bellows is our favorite restaurant in San Marcos. The food and drinks are always on point and the service is fantastic. I really enjoy the chicken Parmesan and the whiskey sours. They also have a great happy hour.

(March 30, 2019, 3:06 pm)Atmosphere is comfortable, modern decoration and design. Food is excellent. Great selection of appetizers. Cocktails are fantastic and very well crafted. Cheese plate is a great start to a delicious dinner.

(March 16, 2019, 11:40 pm)I had the Caprese flatbread pizza, IT WAS DELICIOUS. I indulged in a desert with delicious caramel sauce. The rest of the guests with me also loved their food. An extensive wine, alcohol beer List. The only down side parking, but fee valet is available, but please tip.

(February 14, 2019, 11:10 pm)This place served me my best $45 steak; hands down. 35 day dry aged NY Strip cooked to perfection. Such a nice job creating a good char on the steak.
The lady got a flat bread pizza. Everything on top of the pizza was amazing. Was hoping the pizza dough would have been a little more crisp.
Service was just shy of fine dining. Great customer service.
Really nice, low lightning for a romantic experience.
Some of their decorations could have used some dusting.
