    Really great smoked salmon eggs Benedict. This place is comparable to Mama Kat’s without the wait. Open seating. Fast service. Your coffee cup will not run dry.

    No wait on Sunday at 10am. Got a table right away, fast and friendly service, and delicious benedict. The coffee was pretty good, too. Overall a new favorite diner in the San Marcos area.

    Close to Hunter Industries campus. Food and service was great. We were a group of 10 and no problems.

    My fiancé and i were traveling from out of town and came across this restaurant for breakfast. Amazing food, great service, and friendly environment! Highly recommended if you’re from the San Marcos area or visiting!

    As someone who has plenty of customer service experience, this place really blows my mind. It has amazing customer service; servers consistently ask how you are doing, make conversation, and they keep the coffee coming! The prices might get you down, but do not fret, the food will fill you up.

    The place is a bit small, and while this creates a "small town diner" feel, it is too popular of a place for its size. Yes, there are seats outside, but if the slight 1% chance it rains in socal, you will be waiting for a seat.

    This review should be a 5 star, but I have to note two things that bring it down. The price. For two people, one order of coffee, and hot chocolate, the food was well over $30 with a 20% tip. Other than that, worth it.
