    This place is exponentially better than the old place (los nachos). I used to drive across Santee to Cotijas because they are the place to beat in Santee. I saw that Lagunillas changed ownership so i gave them a try and can say that they are as good as any place in Santee. They do some things better than others and some not as good but overall Lagunillas is top 3 easy in Santee. Try the Fatty Burrito (carne asada, beans, enchilada sauce and cheese) or the Super Nachos (carne or pollo with everything) and you cant go wrong

    Best place in Santee to get Mexican food. There food is consistently great and the owners are amazing.
