Crust Pizzeria

Crust Pizzeria is a great place to go if you're looking for a cool sports bar. Crust is also really cool if you want to go as a family with children because the back area is meant to let kids run around. I think they need a couple more games to entertain the kids though.

I was from out of town, looking for a good restaurant and decided to give them a try. Scott was exceptional with service! Food was fantastic! I will be back next time I’m in town!

SENSATIONAL PIZZA! We had a fabulous time here last night while celebrating my wife's birthday. This was our first visit dining at this newly opened location and we were not disappointed. Morgan greeted us with a big smile as we walked in around 5.30pm and Kyle showed to a nice table towards the rear of the restaurant. As it turned out Kyle was our server for the evening and after a chat about the craft beer selection Kyle suggested an Alpine Duet IPA which I chose. In the meantime my wife and I checked out the extensive dinner menu.....those Crust's Famous Meatballs caught our eye again because we tried them at their Torrey Hills restaurant not long ago and they tasted fabulous. By the time Kyle returned with my ice cold beer we decided to start with a serve of the incredible meatballs followed by a Stephanie 14 inch thin crust pizza for our entree. The meatballs arrived quickly and we had enough time to enjoy them before our beautiful looking pizza arrived. We don't usually mix sweet with savory on a pizza even when we make them at home but the sliced pear blended perfectly with the other fresh ingredients such as glazed pecans, prosciutto, portabello mushrooms, baby arugula and 3 different delicious cheeses and TASTED DIVINE! We ended up taking almost half back home with us for lunch the next day.....and it still tasted great! Of course when my wife celebrates her birthday she wants dessert and there was a very tempting dessert menu. My wife chose the Flourless Chocolate Cake and it tasted absolutely decadent. In fact we ate the lot! This is a fabulous restaurant with lots more than pizza on the menu and kind attentive staff such as Kyle our talented server. We truly can't wait to come back and try other things. ......gee the pasta dishes looked pretty good!

A serviceable local pizza joint. Pies are tasty enough, thought the thin crust could be crisper. Beers on tap are limited and uninspired. OTOH, staff is great, so it's worth a try.
