The best BBQ restaurant I have ever ate at. My experience was phenomenal. The servers were very nice and friendly. There appetizers could easily be a whole meal. The smoked ribs fall right off the bone and are to die for. Prices may be a little spendy but the food is worth every Penny. Definitely going back!

Great food always! The service is usually spot on. The night I came in I was seated & told it was happy hour still so we ordered a couple of items off of the appetizer menu. When the bill came, it did not reflect the half off discount. The server said it was no longer happy hour. We said it was happy hour when we sat down then stomped off with the bill. He had someone else bring us the revised bill. We still tipped him on the original amount of the bill so we hope his attitude changed for the better after that. We always have a great time here!

One of the best BBQ places in San Diego. I had the combo plate with brisket and tri tip and they were both perfectly cooked. Had beans, fries and onion rings as sides and as much as they're regular items, they were outstanding. Very good customer service and relatively quick wait times. I give them 5/5 for all these things. Will definitely come back and bring my friends.

This is a go to BBQ when we are in San Diego. It is good quality meat with a variety of sides that can't be matched, much better than Phil's. Jalapeno corn bread is a winner. The location cannot be beat, wedged in between a retirement community and a used tire shop. You know it is good quality when it is full of people even though it's in a weird neighborhood. Staff is incredibly friendly and I recommend the British guy with dreadlocks, he has been our server 9/10 times and is a champ. Absolutely love this place!!!!!
