Valley View Casino & Hotel

Only visited the casino, pretty awesome welcome gifts for new gaming card members. Received a blue tooth speaker as part of welcome gifts and surprisingly it's pretty damn good sounding. Casino is very nice but they allow smoking that's why 4 stars, so really should be 5 stars but I had to take that into consideration. Slots seemed pretty loose which is nice for a change, but did give back my winnings going for gold, 🥵

Haven't been here since 2011.
However went last night and had a wonderful time with my husband.
They changed the rules of the Buffet However Karen at the front helped. She was working hard up there she needs a raise😁.
The food was great, you order now and the bring your food to you. The selection of food is great. The servers are amazing ! You start with soup or salad 🥗.
Then you can order up to four thing @a time. I really enjoyed it.
However The rule of only blue card people can eat @the Buffet I don't like that @ all. And I am pretty sure they are losing alot of $$$ behind that rule. However it's not a good look for so many reasons. 😕
Other than that food and drinks and service was great!

The food at the buffet were delicious, also We had an awesome host who were patient getting our drink. Our host Ella was so awesome, she took two tickets at the same time and we got seated in the same area. I was amaze how she works while her other co-host was just standing in the corner talking with another worker. I was watching her the whole time, until our time to be seated. Overall we had a great night. It was a nice experience. I sure will be back.

Great vibe. Thirsty Thursdays have amazing drink specials. Restrooms are very clean with an attendant cleaning up consistently, (the one I interacted with was pretty rude though.)
High limit room was a little underwhelming, although the payouts were great.
Black and Bleu restaurant is amazing! Food is top-notch and well worth the price.
We visit every couple of moths and always a great experience.

People are great! Amazing service! And food?! Always so good! I also had this incident happen a while ago but I had my phone stolen from my work and the person who stole it ended up driving to Valley View. I was able to locate them through find my iPhone and security along with valet were super helpful in recovering my phone! I appreciate it so much! Thank you!
