Taco Bell

One of the better Taco Bells I've been to except one flavor of their freeze machines seem to always be down.

My first time here. The Nachos bell is very delicious, the chips is very crunchy and fresh pico de gallo. The drive-thru service is bad. The person in the drive-thru is rude. Say hello and the person never answer me. I give my order, I said " thank you very much" and he did not answer and closed the window....

I love this location because it is close to my home. The main issue I have is there is a young guy working there that isn't good with customer service. He never smiles and always acts like he is only there for a paycheck. I mean, I get it....we have all been there at one time or another...but still, we should treat people with respect and a smile. I have worked in customer service for about 18 years, so when you work at an establishment, you understand you are representing that company.

For a Taco Bell, this place was top notch. My taco supreme and Grilled Stuffed XXL burrito were packed with their respective ingredients, and it tasted fresh! They weren't skimpy on the sauces, either, like other locations. Their service was fast and attentive. Couldn't ask for more. 5 stars your way, dudes and dudettes. Well earned.

I visit this Taco Bell a lot, as it's fairly close to work. I generally only go their mid-week during lunch. I feel as though either it's understaffed or is a place where there might be training of new employees. The orders are generally spot on, and the food prep is fine compared to other Taco Bells. But it is often slower than you'd expect from a fast food place.
