    The BEST breakfast burrito and California burrito in Vista ( everything else I've tried has been good too. Also, the service is great. Because Tolin's is family owned and ran, these guys remember you on return visits, which is kind of nice.

    Stopped in for a small meal, only been here once. The BRC burrito came in a nicely grilled tortilla and was piping hot, with melted cheese. It was average size, and was in the $5 dollar range. The fish taco was also memorable at about $3. The fried fish had a nice batter, reminiscent of how they come in ensenada. Salsa bar had a good variety and tended to be on the spicier side. Bottom line, this hole in the wall place is worth a stop and I will seek it out when I'm in the area again. As a native San Diegan, this place is legit.

    Love the food here. Best tacos in town. Food is always fresh and staff is really nice.
