Overall the Ramen was good. The broth and pork was good, the noodles had a sweet taste to it and I wasn’t expecting that. Overall 8/10.

I brought my family of 4 here twice before this review. Children loved everything on the menu. Not one complaint! The servings are generous and definitely more than other nearby sushi places with the same prices.

The food quality is fresh and tasty. We loved the appetizers: tempura Brussel sprouts, gyoza, amongst others. The various ramen we tried were copious and flavorful. The garlic noodles were excellent. In short, there was not one dish we didn't like. The leftovers were great the next day.

While there are other good sushi/ramen places nearby, I just prefer this one better. Easy to get seated, fast service, and food served piping hot and fresh.

The food preparation videos are intriguing and we enjoyed talking about what we saw on screen. The lighting and ambiance is perfect. I have astigmatism so the lighting was just right for me.

Friendly service and warm greeting and goodbye. Highly recommend and will come again!

First time trying this place out.

Everyone greeted us and the place is well lit with nice decor.

I ordered a crunchy roll, caterpillar roll, brusselsprouts with pork sung, and a house noodles dish.

The rolls were very good and I liked the noodles. I don't usually eat noodles since I get rice but these are good and the protein in it were nicely seasoned. The brusselsprouts were good and this was the first time I tried pork sung, but the sauce was a lot for me and next time, I'd order the sauce on the side.

My bf ordered a Ramune etch was strawberry flavor, so it was good.

I hope more items get added in the menu because I was hoping for more food items which could be found at Hinotez.

Delicious Ramen! And a large portion for a good price. Newly opened second location. The staff was very attentive. It was less than a hour until close on a Friday night and they were not very busy. They close at 9:30 pm on Fridays. They don’t have hot sake though, only cold. For alcohol they only have sake and beer. They don’t have a liquor license. I would definitely recommend and eat here again! I only wish they had more add ins for the ramen and hot sake.

Really nice modern new Japanese place in Vista! As someone who frequents this area it's really nice to have this type of food available 😊 we had been waiting for it to open up! The cafe is extremely bright, clean, and modern. The decor was lovely and the entry area is quite welcoming. I really liked the art! We ordered a bowl of teriyaki chicken and some ramen. It was very fairly priced, the food was quite tasty, and the service was lovely. My only critique is in relation to the seating, the chairs have large open backs that don't provide any support so they are very uncomfortable very quickly. They match the decor very well though, I do just wish they were a bit more comfortable for a longer stay. My boyfriend and I really liked the food and like I mentioned the service was very impressive! Happy to have this place to choose from for good food in this area.
