Very hospitable place, they offered a taste of the craft beers, staff is friendly, eager to serve and helpful.
Sometimes you get extra food. I believe the owner is awesome and going off the seat of his pants and loves to host and entertain.
Great news! The food was good and worth the wait. Nice time spent there besides, getting hush puppies instead of cornbread, and I'm gonna call to make sure they have Mac n cheese.

Low key, simple place. John, the cook, made AMAZING ribs. I'm from Argentina, so I'm used to top of the line quality meat. Highly recommend.
Owner should look into details such as:
- having cloth napkins
- wifi code readily available
- wet wipes to clean off fingers

This is a great meat joint!

I loved the atmosphere, family and friendly. Folks this is NOT fast food but family food. The greens to the ribs to the chicken is prepared slowly so the taste remains in the food just like it should be. If you are in a hurry don't go. But if you want to relax while the chief prepares your meal then go. Also enjoy talking with the owners as they have great stories to share. We have been there twice and loved it and will continue to go back for more!
