The best customer service ever,, the workers are very friendlyI ,,,and this place is really clean,,definitely recommend this subway ,, I love how those girls make my tuna wrap 💯.

They were very slow, and only had two types of bread. However, the meatball sub I had was good.

This place rocks. Clean comfortable rooms, sweet drinks at the bar. Good bar food and hot pots at the Firebird restaurant. Most important to the person the staff is awesome. Great place convenient to Moscone and shopping. You can't go wrong here.

The staff was great. The hotel is located right in the center and its very convenient to move around. Chinatown was only a 15 -20 walk. You have all the stores around you and it's a lively area.

The staff was amazing. My flight was delayed and they helped me out so much. The ambiance was sultry jazz and it was in the heart of the city. The price was reasonable and very affordable.

I will most definitely bypass the big chains and continue being posh and exclusive with Hotel Fusion

The hotel is nice. The bar and newly opened restaurant are really nice. The lobby is also very nice and the staff made everything to accommodate our requests. Our room was ok. The location is great. There is no parking but plenty of options close by.

Location was the best thing about the place. Very close to downtown and market Street, lots of good restaurants around. The staff were super friendly and check in and check out process was quick. The 4 stars is because the room seemed a bit old and small. However the hotel and the room were clean. Definitely recommend for a one night stay.
