Went in on a Sat afternoon after seeing the place was full. While promptly seated, the waiters we're too busy to provide water until asked.
The rice plates came out literally in a minute or two, but the flavor seemed to suffer due to the speed. Additionally, we weren't able to refill our water during this time either.
While there was enough food to get full, I'd recommend getting a noodle dish instead. -

(January 26, 2019, 2:22 pm)Try two of their pho dishes. One is #5 beef satay and the other is #8 coconut chicken. The regular beef pho is as good as other Vietnamese restaurants but other restaurants do not have #8 pho.
