perfect place for a quick breakfast and coffee, also not pricey - very affordable! they have super yummy bagels and the service is great :)

The coffee and breakfast bagels are both to die for. I come here every morning.

The wait can be a little long and they are cash only, which would normally knock off a star for me, but everything is so good I can't give it anything less than five!

Great place for breakfast sandwiches, coffee is alright but not as good as Flywheel which is down the street, however food is much better/more hardy here. Nice classical music is always playing and it’s usually nice and toasty inside which is appreciated since mornings here can be cold. Be warned, Lava Java is cash only. If you are into breakfast sandwiches this is a really good option.

This place was decent. CASH ONLY The egg sandwiches were really quite good but our peppermint coffee didn't taste like peppermint or coffee and for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks it was $25 which is a little steep, even in the days of 7$ coffees at Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and it was cozy enough. It served it's purpose.
