My friends and I went here and the food is amazing, everything is cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is squeaky clean, and the prices are reasonable for what you are getting. I can't wait to go back.
We were the last customers both through and out the door, after the staff had kindly accommodated us. The octopus balls were pretty good but it was the vegetarian ramen that completely blew me away - infinitely better than anything London has offered up thus far. Even the intimate seating arrangements work well, for as soon as the food arrives you are all consumed by the tastes upon your palate. Given the quality, I thought the prices were justified. Bravo!
It was very good. I got a small rice bowl on the side with a pork bowl and they were both delicious. We got there right when they opened for lunch and there was already a long line. We waited about an hour and a half but once you order, the food arrives quickly and they have great service!
I thought I had some of the best ramen at Little Tokyo in LA, that is until I found this gem. The broth here is packed with flavor, I can see people would place orders for extra noodle. The char siu here is also good. It is a place that I would go out of my way to eat at if I ever come back to the city. It was worth the 30 minutes wait, so do yourselves a favor and check this place out.
You definitely need to get in line on Yelp ahead of time the day of. Then just arrive when the app tells you to come. Even then you’re going to wait about 30 min after that. They’ll call you when your table is ready, and there are a lot of good places to hang around nearby. Boy is the ramen good though. I’ve been here a few times and have never left a single drop of soup in my bowl after a meal.
